Debt Consolidation

Loans on Homes are electronically connected to all of the home loan divisions of the major banks and SA Home Loans. This enable us to submit your application quickly to all of the institutions, and get it approved with the minimum hassle to you the client.

Bond Switching

Sometimes your own bank with whom you have been banking for years, declines your application for some reason. We can however get your bond application approved at another bank, and thereby switch your bond over to the new bank.

Bond Registration

All our applications are being registered through bond registration attorneys. The bank which approved the loan will allocate attorneys nearest to you, and they will receive the instruction to assist you with the legal documentation.

Pay Outs

After the bond has been registered in the deeds offices, the attorneys will be notified, and they will also inform you about the registration. The bank will normally release the pay out amount within 24 hours after successful registration of the bond.
